Hazelnut Nougat

This one’s for the roasters.
We toast hazelnuts until they smell like heaven, then stir them through warm nougat with a hit of dark chocolate.
Rich, nutty, and just the right amount of bitter.
It’s bold. It’s grown-up. And yes — it might just be our favourite.
